Important Information on COVID-19 and Redwood Pet Clinic

Dog Waiting In Car

As more of the local population become fully vaccinated, we are now revising our curbside-only restrictions and want you to be aware of our new procedures.

In addition to our curbside concierge service, you now have the option to accompany your pet into the facility for his or her appointment. We continue to also offer our flex appointments.

In efforts to prepare the building for in-person visits, we have installed air purifiers and will continue stringent cleaning standards after each visit, just as we have all along.

When you call to make your pet’s appointment, please indicate whether you’d like to accompany your pet into the clinic for his or her appointment, would prefer our curbside concierge service, or would prefer to secure a flex appointment.

When you arrive for your pet’s appointment, call us to let us know. We will come out to either retrieve your pet for curbside concierge service or come to escort you and your pet directly to an exam room.

If you opt for accompanying your pet into the clinic for his or her appointment, please note that we are allowing only one human per visit into the building for an appointment. Also, since it is impossible to social distance inside the exam room, we require that everyone present, wear a mask that fully covers the mouth and nose, including our staff and to show proof of vaccination status.

We know you may have children with you who cannot and should not be left alone in your car. In this instance, we recommend our curbside concierge service or a flex appointment.

Flex appointments offer you the convenience of leaving your pet with us while you tend to other responsibilities. We will call you upon completion of his or her exam.

At the conclusion of your pet’s appointment, we will collect payment either in the exam room or car side.

As always, we value the trust you place in us to care for your precious pets. Our goal is to remain open to continue our service to you, your pets, and the community, so we appreciate your understanding and cooperation. If you have any questions, concerns, or comments, please feel free to call us to discuss.
